The CRMification of Society and Work.com
A short time back I was recording a digital broadcast with a best in class CRM organization concentrated on banks and credit associations, CRMNext, and one of the inquiries that surfaced included what's on the CRM skyline. To be completely forthright, nobody knows, but since I invest a ton of energy attempting to comprehend both this industry and the more extensive scene, I am never without a supposition. It just so happens, Salesforce made an auspicious declaration a long time prior that supports the point I made in the digital broadcast, so a few stars appear to be adjusting. All in all, what was my visualization? It's something I've been noodling on and expounding on for some time: I consider it the "CRMification" of our general public.
